Wine-making: 

Fermentation in vitrifield cisterns  for 15-20 days at 25-30 °C frequent racking

Refining:

In Slavonia oak barrels of 20-40 hl for 3 years

Intense pomegranate coloured with ruby veins
Note of woody fruits, violet and rose
At the palate is solid, intense with velvet tanniins
