From an ancient family recipe comes the Barolo Chinato, an aromatic wine based on Barolo with the addition of aromatic herbs among which it prevails the Calissaia and the cinchona bark.
At the taste it presents itself of intense red pomegranate colour; At the nose strike evident clues of spices and aromatic herbs; Its flavour is sweet, velvet with aftertaste pleasantly medicinal.
Excellent at the end of the meal joined with a good plain chocolate.
